Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed that their Chief Executive Officer, Mark Noonan, has jetted off to the United States of America (USA) to attend to some private issues.
According to a statement released on the club’s Twitter account, the CEO has left the country to the USA to deal with family issues as well as attend some meetings that would be beneficial to the club.
While he is away, Head Coach, Kim Grant, would take charge of all technical department issues while Edmund Adu would handle business operations, under the guidance of the board chairman and Mark Noonan himself, the statement said.
“The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited wishes to inform the general public and the sporting public that its Chief Executive Officer, Mark Noonan, has returned to the United States of America to deal with family issues as well as attend meetings we believe will be beneficial for the club,” the statement read
“In his absence, Kim Grant will run all Technical Department issues and Edmund Adu will handle Business Operations, under the guidance of the Board Chairman and Mark Noonan himself.”
