Yesterday 11th July 2018 was the 30th birthday of Ghanaian rap superstar, Sarkodie. Sarkodie, since he entered the music industry in 2008, has grown to be one of the best musicians African can boast of.
But Sarkodie did not just become King Sark we all call him today. There is a general knowledge that Sarkodie rose from the floor to become who he is today but few know how it really was until now.
Yesterday being his birthday, his manager, Angel Town took the time to chronicle how Sarkodie rose to be a celebrated artist we all know him to be now.

He started by revealing how they used to walk to shows but end up getting turned away because of how dirty they were. He talked about selling sacket water on the street to earn a living
